ORDERS:
All in-stock Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days after cleared payment. Items on hand will be shipped within 24-48 hours after cleared payment. Express shipping services are carried out Monday-Friday for orders placed by 1pm EST. Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day. Orders are dispatched pending cleared payment. For credit/debit card transactions payments take 24-28 hours for clearance. We have no control over credit card companies clearance times. Once express orders are shipped; shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
SPECIAL PRE-ORDER/PRE-SALE ITEMS
In the Event of a Chargeback
Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things, and will trace back to you. The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.
PRE-ORDER POLICIES
Often selected items will be available for preorder. These items are located in the pre-order category section of our website!!
Note: Pre-order are currently not in stock at Poshbarbie Boutique !! this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved - your paypal acct is charged at the time your order is placed!! Once pre-order items arrive they will be shipped out immediately to you! Pre-order items are usually popular items that sell out fast !!! For this very reason pre ordering allows management to know how many items we should order to meet the demand of our "valued customers"
Please note all our pre-order dates are approximate. Manufactures regulate this date according to their production schedules. Poshbarbie Boutique has no control over their production schedule or inventory. We will refund your money in the event your pre-order cannot be fulfilled!! If you cancel your order for any reason we will happily give store credit! No refunds are offered on pre-orders items.
These Items require immediate payment to reserve the merchandise. Pre-sale items will be shipped out immediately upon receipt from the warehouse. Some items have the potential of selling out quickly once it arrives to Posh Barbie Boutique and because of this reason we provide our customers the opportunity to pre-order items.
When you "pre-order" an item or items, you are reserving an item or items before it is available. By reserving the item or items you are guaranteed that Posh Barbie Boutique will ship the item or items to you immediately upon availability before any customer who has ordered the item after its official availability date. On many occasions, we are able to ship items prior to their official availability date, however, we cannot guarantee all items will be available before the official availability date.
If you order multiple pre-order items or if you combine in-stock items with pre-order items Posh Barbie Boutique will ship your order once the pre-order item or items arrive.
If you would like for the in-stock items to be shipped separately from the pre-order item please click and add "Pre-Order Shipping Separately" to your cart ($5.00 USD additional fee) Please note that expected availability dates are provided by the manufacturers of each item and can be changed to ship earlier or delayed. Items are rarely delayed but if it does happen Posh Barbie Boutique will contact you with a new ship date
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We will inform you immediately if we are out of stock of any item ordered. Payment will be fully refunded or held for restocking if customer requests.

Your Order and Tracking details will be confirmed & updated by email thru PayPal. Orders requiring additional verification prior to shipping must be done within 48hrs to prevent order cancellations. Order cancellations will result in 10% restocking fees.
SIZING:
Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering. Orders will be based on these measurements but may vary based on the item as some items may run smaller or larger then the standard chart. Please contact us if you have specific sizing issues about any garment as our charts are a standardized chart (universal).

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE:
We are happy to accept Items for Exchange. Customers will be given a STORE CREDIT to use for their exchange purchase minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us by Email within 48 hours of receipt of your Order for a Return Authorization Number.
Return postage is the customers responsibility. Items MUST be returned to us within 5 DAYS in unworn condition with all tags attached. This offer will expire if goods are not returned within this time.
Items received in worn or damaged condition will not qualify and will be returned to you. No Make-up stains - No Perfume or Deodorant smells - No exceptions! ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SWIMWEAR DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CLOTHING
RETURNS FOR REFUND/CREDIT:
SALE & DISCONTINUED LINES: Customers with Returns on discontinued and sale items will be issued with a STORE CREDIT to the value of the purchase minus postage/packaging costs. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
FULL PRICE ITEMS: We are happy to Exchange full priced items for another item or greater or equal value. You will be issued a store credit to use toward this merchandise.
The same return time and Conditions apply as above.
We do not provide refunds on garments damaged due to incorrect cleaning. Please launder your garments with care.
Our spandex/nylon based items are meant to be worn fitted. Please do not try & squeeze into a Dress that does not fit - results in broken seams & zippers. We can exchange the Size, but not if you have damaged the Dress and/or garment.
This Policy is strictly adhered to - we apologize for any inconvenience. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Shipments via USPS Priority Mail normally take approximately 4-8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays) for the Continental United States. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders shipped out via USPS Priority Mail will be shipped out with delivery confirmation only. Customers may request their items insured or express mailed at an additional cost. After an order is shipped out, you will be sent a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the USPS website.
